Picnicking in Golden Gate Park

Picnicking is a favorite activity of ours, and we’re always looking for great spots to set up outdoors. We love Golden Gate Park and I have fond memories of family gatherings by the Log Cabin, so we decided to head there on a recent and rare sunny day in San Francisco to enjoy the weather and have lunch.

We found a spot at the back of the lawn, towards the wooded trails. We set up shop and had a delicious meal: arugula with prosciutto and mozzarella, along with fresh bread and dried fruits. We took a favorite Hess Wine with us and had such a nice time.
