3 Easy Ways to Get Exercise Right Now

We’re all a bit cooped up these days, so we thought we’d put together a list of the exercises we’ve been doing to stay in shape.

At Home Workouts

Every morning at 10:30, we meet in our living room and turn on our Workout playlist on Spotify. These are the exercises we do as we workout:

Him:

  1. Pushups

  2. Bridges

  3. Squats

  4. Burpees

Her:

  1. Pliés

  2. Jumping Jacks

  3. Leg Lifts

  4. Curls

Neighborhood Walks

We’ve been taking neighborhood walks to get out a few times a day. This works well when we have a short break between meetings or a little bit of time before it gets dark. It’s great to be out in nature and we’ve been enjoying the strolls as a staple of our day.

Neighborhood Cycles

This has been one of our favorites. When we can, we jump on our bikes and get our heart rate up! The fresh air on our faces, the speed of whizzing down the street - it’s about as big a thrill as we’re going to get right now.
